We are a non-profit, registered public trust, founded in 1937, with the purpose of serving the Kannada Christian community. Since its inception, KPCA played a significant role in motivating and encouraging our youth to excel in outdoor and indoor games by organizing such events every year, besides offering a gymnasium and library facilities in its old premises at Adelphi Chambers, Byculla.

The Silver Jubilee Education Scholarships Endowment Fund (1962) was set up due to the munificence of its various patrons and well-wishers. The KPCA has disbursed these scholarships, worth lakhs of rupees in total to bright students every year, positively impacting the lives of hundreds over the years. 

The KPCA aims to grow exponentially in the coming years and has set a corpus target of Rs 25 lakhs to be achieved by the end of the year 2010. For this, the KPCA is dependent on the gracious donations from Life Members, past recipients, community members and other well-wishers.

In the pipeline is another dream of setting up a peaceful abode for senior citizens and a care and counseling centre for HIV+ve persons, AIDS patients and their families, especially small children. God enabling us, we are very keen on converting this dream into a reality soon!

KPCA is also pursuing another service-oriented endeavour – organizing seminars, conferences and workshops on topics like The Christian Home, The Christian Marriage, Christians’ Contributions to Society, Personal Finance Management, Investments in Stock Markets, and other need-based training programmes for all citizens.

This website is for the benefit of our community and will provide an opportunity to the Kannada Protestant Christians and their families, friends and relatives throughout the world to network with one another. Church Messenger, prayers, hymns, thought for the day/week, information on scholarships available to students, profiles of families, and other useful information will feature on this website.
